Electronic organization services adoption and use by the employees is one of the most important challenges. According to the goal, this research is practical and regarding the research project, It is descriptive, and is based on solidarity, this project is developmental in orientation and it is a type of field research. The research population of statistics, including the managers and the Information technology Staff in the Iranian National Gas Company, is located in Tehran. The questionnaire is the tool for gathering data in this research. Considering the research structure and the theory, the regression analysis has been used SPSS Software has also been made use of to analyze the Output. This research is conducted with the aim if representing model of technology Adoption Based on Davis. The Variables involved in this research are as Follows, training of employees, existing of prior experience and lacking of computer anxiety. The result showed that training of employees, existing of prior experience and lacking of computer anxiety are the main effective variables in electronic organization adoption in Iran’s National Gas Corporation and should be considered in policy making.

This aim of this study is to consider the influencing factors in information technology acceptance among university student. The developed model of acceptance, stress parameters, computers effectively organizational support and cultural values entered into it. 295 students of Uromiye University were selected as samples to answer the questionnaire. The result showed that the technology acceptance model structure is able to make prediction, in order to decide about using the computer and it can predict18 percent. Computer self efficiency has a positive effect and computer stress has a negative effect on ease of use. Ambiguity aversion and power have a positive effect on computer stress and ambiguity aversion has a negative effect on computer self efficiency. The effect of organizational support was a negative on computer stress and a positively on comport self efficiency. This project showed that the personal, organizational, and cultural factors generally are effective on technology acceptance and it is necessary for programmer to consider these elements.

In the past several decades, perception of usefulness and ease of use had been the most important factors in recognition of new technologies in the field of information systems. Nevertheless, by themselves, these two factors could not describe user behavior within emerging environments such as the internet banking. From the standpoint of technology acceptance at an individual level, the present paper has expanded the technology acceptance model (TAM) by introducing the characteristics of the internet banking environment. In this study, the most important models offered within individual technology acceptance were reviewed and two constructs, perceived self efficacy and confidence in TAM, have been added. A survey method was employed using a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. The sample surveyed was 310 bank customers.

Statement of the Problem: Health information technology is used in dentistry worldwide. Despite the limited specialized resources for providing orthodontic treatment in Iran, the need to examine the technology acceptance model (TAM) seems necessary and is a significant step in the successful acceptance of teleorthodontic technology.Purpose: The present study has identified and investigated the factors affecting the acceptance of teleorthodontic technology among orthodontists based on the TAM3 with the aim of successful implementation and deployment of this technology.Materials and Method: In this descriptive-analytical research, 300 Iranian orthodontists who were members of the Iranian Orthodontic Association were selected by census sampling. The data was gathered through a modified and accommodated questionnaire called the acceptance model 3. The validity was confirmed. Moreover, the reliability was calculated based on Cronbach's alpha, which was equal to 0.870. Multiple linear regression analysis was also utilized to investigate the relationships between dependent, independent, and mediator variables. Besides, the final model was designed by the Amos software.Results: The results of 251 orthodontic specialists proved that subjective norm, job relevance, output quality, results in demonstrability, and job relevance on output quality could significantly affect perceived usefulness. Similarly, the perception of external control was identified to have a significant influence on perceived ease of use. On the other hand, the perceived usefulness does not play a mediating role between perception and subjective norm. Furthermore, perceived usefulness was confirmed as a mediating factor in relationship to both perceived ease of use and behavioral intention.Conclusion: The findings of the present study revealed valuable scientific evidence to identify and apply the key factors affecting the acceptance and use of modern teleorthodontic technology in Iran. Besides, the structure of the TAM3 was recognized as fruitful and worthwhile for predicting the acceptance of this new technology and also in identifying key effective factors.
